  DO NOT USE THEM!! I called to have a unit installed in my home and was told over the phone that someone would be out the next day to give me an estimate. The man who arrived smelled like cigarettes and tracked mud into the house. When I mentioned the mess, he laughed and just stared at it!! The price they quoted me to install the unit was lower than anyone else, so I chose to go with them. I should have known that saving a few bucks on the install meant a lower standard of work, but nothing could have prepared me for the nightmare I would endure from using this company. The unit stopped working a week after they installed it. When I called to have someone come out to fix the problem, I was charged an $80 fee! Are you serious???!!!! Not to mention the man that answered the phone put me on hold for two minutes and forwarded my call to yet another rude employee!! I don't know what kind of business these people are running, but with service like this they won't last long. SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED.
