  this company lies to consignees , sasses them on the phone and breaks all conversations down into semantics had freight from large supplier called at 7:30 am to verify it was here ....they said it was... and loaded in the nose of a trailer .....we offered to pick it up they said we could not , they said dont worry freight will be there at noon ... the driver did not come in to their terminsl till 11am... logistics alone prohibited them from being to my shop in the 1 hour window they gave themselves .... called numerous times talked to customer service reps who obviously were not customer service oriented... after i was lied to by the third rep "our driver called and talked to a lady " finally talked to the driver who told me directly ....he 10 minutes earlier had received a note to call me ( 2 hours after my original request) `...and that he had not previously talked to a lady at my office . when i asked w customer service why they lied to me they got defensive and said they dont lie anyways i could go on forever as this company is a POS notifying my supplier not to ship my freight via their teams
