  We started giving money in Jan finally got our house on location August. Some of the things that was suppose to be in our house was not they took our highest bid to do all the land contracts septic brick. Porches dirt work then they sub contracted out to drug addicts every cabinet in house is broke . It took two drug addicts 18 days to build porches palm harbor finally after complaining to them that our porches were bad and not safe told us to just make them look done and send pics to get FHA off there back we did so and they said they would have someone new redo porches . That has never happened and we still have not got new cabinets doors we have blue prints starting there should be no standing water within 10 feet of our home because they were suppose to do dirt work the right way . We spent 187,000 on our home I have been very stern with them about this is no way to do buissness we love our home but it has been done poorly when they took our highest bidders made our house payment higher but then they paid other ppl to do certain things that cost palm harbor less so they gain more money . We have gotten a bad deal I email Jennifer every day about our cabinets and water up against our house and she has no answers they didn’t even seal the house where the house meets the brick
