  Just got done shopping for my first new mattress with my husband! Mike, who normally it's at that location, was patient, kind, and super helpful to two service industry folks who didn't know what we wanted. We just knew it had to be a good fit for people constantly on their feet, and have chronic back issues. He went out of his way to find us the bed we wanted, and it's even being shipped from another location so we could have a better (amazing!!!!) deal!!

  Ordered a full setup, frame, box, mattress, pillows and sheets. Got a discount after finding a cheaper price on the Beautyrest mattress.
  Everything went well until I got an email saying when my delivery window would be but there was no way to reply except for accepting the time! Could not reply and no phone number. Later got an automated call with no way to vote for a different time. Had to make some quick changes in our schedule to meet the delivery truck.
  Delivery guys were good.
