  Josh Bushner is a fantastic agent. He helped my wife and I buy our first house in 2008. Initially we told Josh we wanted to live in South Austin and after several days of looking he suggested we look in North Austin. Our first day north we found the house we currently live in. Josh is super organized, dedicated and has impeccable customer service skill yet is surprisingly laid back considering he works in such a high-stress industry.
  
  After we closed on our house Josh became a dear friend of ours. So naturally when my parents decided to move to Austin, we called on Josh's services again. This time he was able to find my parents a place in one day. Which is even more impressive considering that they told him they wanted to buy a house and ended up in a condo on Rainey--a complete 180 from where they started in the morning.
  
  We will certainly be calling Josh again when it's time to move as he has become our family real estate agent as well as amazing friend.
