  We have used other local rainwater companies and were not satisfied until we worked with Innovative. We have worked with them for 3 years now. They have spotted problems before they got out of hand. They've come through for us in emergencies and have gone above and beyond anything I would have expected in customer service. Their employees are kind, knowledgeable and professional and we are so thankful to have them looking out for us!

  IWS installed a fabulously integrated Rain Harvest System in our home. We do not have a large roof surface, but his design collected every available inch. We were also able to collect Rain Harvest Water from our large deck, using a Deck Drain Membrane which added an additional 25% collection capacity. With the water tanks installed below our deck, our home has no outward appearance of having a Rain Harvest System. Chris Maxwell-Gaines and his IWS (Innovative Water Solutions) were certainly innovative in our design and adaptive in their installation. They were considerate with new ideas and opportunities along the way. They were also able to get CoA exceptions to property line restrictions for the tank overflow pipes, by creatively tying into natural rain gardens behind our house lot. The IWS Rain Harvest System eliminated storm runoff on our lot, and the neighbors certainly noticed. Both our adjacent neighbors asked to tie into our Rain Harvest System to help eliminate their runoff problems. IWS accommodated those requests and engineered an excellent solution. They were great collaborators for our project. They showed a pride of workmanship that reflected their an appreciated sense of ownership in our project. I highly recommend IWS for any Rain Harvest and/or Storm Runoff Landscape Control. Best wishes on your successful Water Management Project with IWS.
