  If I could give this place negative stars I would. This is by far the worst place I have EVER lived in and I've lived in 20 plus places. Maintenance never fixed anything, my AC broke twice and it took them almost a month each time to fix it, my shower was broken for over a month, there was never a door knob on my outside storage regardless of the 20 times I requested a new door knob. I requested screens be put on the windows b/c I lived near the trash and bees would get in and a maintenance man came to my door about a week after I moved in Oct 2016, told me he was going to do it that day and it never got done the entire 13 months I lived there. I had roaches extremely bad and requested extermination at least 10 times and it never got done. When I FINALLY got to move out they tried to charge me for rent for the day after my lease ended. I spoke to a lawyer who read my lease and told me it was illegal for them to charge me and told me not to pay it. I spoke with several people at the site as well as Adara corporate and no one would even LISTEN to me. This apartment and community clearly doesn't care about their residents or how they live. I wish I had never moved here.
