  Good selection - poor communication
  
  We were in the market for a bigger couch, and we ended up liking the selection at Haverty's. They had two couches that fit our needs, and they were pretty customizable to fit our space. It was relatively easy to order from them, although we were pressured a little bit to look at matching rugs. We were given a delivery range for 4-6 weeks - paid, and didn't hear anything. At 5 weeks from our purchase, I called to see when they were coming - only to be told that the order had been placed on backorder and wouldn't be there for another month at the earliest. If I hadn't called, no one would have reached out to me. We were pleased with the shopping experience... but the shipping/post-purchase communication will cause us to chose another vendor in the future.
