  Most of the negative reviews are from people who don't follow the rules of this very well-managed complex. Don't let them scare you away! I enjoyed my 6 months living here.
  
  Pros:
  --I get a TON of packages and the office is always very prompt and helpful when it comes time to pick them up.
  --Apartment is GORGEOUS and very well up-kept. Upgrades are really worth it--love my sink and counter tops the most!
  --I never had a single maintenance issue, however I'm sure that service would have been quick and helpful. Staff has always been super friendly.
  --Community is generally pretty quiet and respectful. As someone who works nights, I almost never had a hard time falling asleep (except for my upstairs neighbors being loud, but that's not the apartment's fault.)
  
  Cons:
  --As with most new constructions like this, the walls and ceilings/floors are pretty thin. I can hear almost everything my upstairs neighbor does. I don't share walls with anyone, but one of my walls backs up to the hall stairs, which can be surprisingly noisy when people rush up them.
  --Parking, especially for guests, is limited.
  --I had to cut my lease early, which required 60 days notice (standard), a lease cutting fee (standard), and paying back any promotions you received upon signing the lease. I was given a $1000 gift card when i signed my lease, which had to be paid back. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.
